Five Year Surface Water Management License Certification<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Every five years, Broward County requires certain Surface Water Management (SWM) licenses be re-certified by a licensed engineer, to ensure the system is functioning as designed. Prior to the recertification due date, the license holder will receive a letter from the County as a reminder. Zephyr Engineering will inspect the existing drainage system, and prepare the recertification package, and submit to the County. If repairs are required on the drainage system, Zephyr Engineering will provide a detailed report clearly explaining the necessary work, and obtain estimates from three reputable contractors for the property owner to select to perform the work.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
